What is Youth Leadership Academy of Canada?
YLAC is a Non-Profit Organization set up in Calgary. Run by a group of like-minded professionals who saw the need to inculcate leadership, communication, and speaking skills into the youth of today to convert them into better Leaders of tomorrow.
What is the purpose of Youth Leadership Academy of Canada?
The purpose of YLAC is to provide effective training to the youth, empower and develop confidence,
enhance communication and leadership skills which in turn will have a significant impact on the
participants’ personal and professional growth.
Objectives of Youth Leadership Academy of Canada?
The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be:
a. To provide instructions in communication, critical reasoning, and leadership skills.
b. To facilitate mentor and mentee opportunities.
c. To sponsor, and host empowering events and qualitative activities twice in each calendar year.

About Us
In order to accomplish the intent of the mission and vision, YLAC envisages a roadmap of learning for the youth that shall instigate the essential skills of public speaking. In process of public speaking by taking
up different roles in a program the participants also learn reading, writing, and listening skills.
